Start a return
For all returns, we have a 14 day policy which means, after receiving your item you have 14 days to request a return.
Please make sure your item still has it's (do not remove tag and seal) if the product is not in its original form the return will not be accepted.
To start a return:
Please contact us at shopmissantoinette@gmail.com. Please make sure to email us your full name, order number and your reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will send you more information on how to ship the return product back to us.
Please understand that we are a very small business and will not be responsible for paying the shipping cost for your order. You will only be refunded the cost of the items returned.
Please make sure that all returns must be shipped back in a box, we recommend holding onto your original packaging.
Items purchased on sale for 20% off or more will not be eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Imperfect sale:
(Items used for photoshoots, prototypes, that cannot be sold as new)
If you purchase any items from our imperfect sale they will not be eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
Damages:
Please inspect your order once you receive it, contact our team right away if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We want to make sure that we can fix the issue and make it right.
Exchanges:
The best way to exchange an item is to return your item first and once it is returned, purchase the new item you want to receive.
